Jauan Williams, a 4-star offensive tackle from Washington, D.C., is scheduled to visit UGA this weekend. It will be his last official visit.

According to a report from 247sports.com, he met with Florida State coach Jimbo Fisher and offensive line coach Rick Trickett on Thursday. Noles247’s Chris Nee is also reporting that Williams already knows where he will play college football.  He said his mother was already convinced in his decision, too.

That said, he will not release his choice until National Signing Day.

WHAT IT MEANS: That report obviously doesn’t bode well for UGA’s chances to sway Williams on the heels of that Florida State visit. The 6-foot-7, 305-pounder is rated as the nation’s No. 15 OT and the No. 164 player overall for this year’s signing class.

All of the predictions for 247sports.com’s Crystal Ball feature align with him eventually signing with Florida State. Unless otherwise indicated, player rankings and ratings are from the 247Sports Composite.
