Georgia completed a season sweep of Georgia Tech on Tuesday night.

For the second straight season, the Georgia baseball team swept its season series with Georgia Tech, winning 3-1 on Tuesday at SunTrust Park.

Georgia has won six straight games in the series and nine of the last 10.

Georgia continued its recent hot streak, winning 7 of its last 8 games to improve to 34-14. Georgia Tech drops to 27-22 with the loss.

Four who mattered 

Michael Curry: The junior had two hits.

Mason Meadows: The redshirt freshman had two RBI.

C.J. Smith: The freshman earned his first career win on the mound, allowing 1 run in 5 innings.

Zac Kristofak: The sophomore reliever struck out 5 of the 6 batters he faced to earn his fourth save.
