UGA baseball coach Scott Stricklin announced 14 signees for next season on Wednesday. The 2016 class consists of 12 high school players and two junior college players.

The Bulldogs should be happy with their class, which is ranked No. 14 in the Top 25 College Recruiting Rankings by “Perfect Game.”

“We are very excited to welcome this special group to the University of Georgia,” Stricklin said Wednesday. “This is a very deep class that is extremely talented. We expect these young men to make an immediate impact on our baseball program. (Our assistant coaches) have worked tirelessly to put this class together, and we feel that it has the chance to be one of the best recruiting classes in the country.”
