By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Contest. Void where prohibited by law. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
HOW TO ENTER: Between 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 19, 2026 and 11:59 p.m. ET on September 04, 2026 (the “Entry Period”), complete and submit the “Season Predictions Form” found on DawgNation.com (an “entry”). All entries must complete all required fields and must be received by Sponsor by September 04, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the duration of the Entry Period. Multiple entries received from any person or e-mail address after the first entry received from that person or email address will be void. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means or means which subvert the entry process will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by the DawgNation Terms of Use (https://www.dawgnation.com/terms-of-use), Privacy Policy (www.dawgnation.com/privacy-policy) and California Privacy Notice (https://www.dawgnation.com/california-privacy-notice), hereby incorporated by reference.
WINNER: One (1) potential prize winner will be the eligible entrant who correctly answers the greatest number of the twelve (12) prediction questions on the Season Predictions Form. In case of a tie, the tied entrant whose answer to the tiebreaker question is closest to the actual result will be deemed the potential winner. If two or more tied entrants are equally close to the actual result of the tiebreaker, the tied entrant who submitted their Season Predictions Form earliest during the Entry Period will be the potential winner. If two or more possible answers to a prediction question are tied for the applicable statistical result, each tied answer will be deemed correct for purposes of determining an entrant’s score. All results and statistics used to determine correct answers will be determined by Sponsor based on official NCAA, conference, team, and/or other applicable official statistics and records, as determined by Sponsor in its reasonable discretion.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: If a potential winner: (a) does not respond and provide the completed documents within the specified time period; or (b) a prize notification is returned as undeliverable; or (c) Sponsor is unable to contact the potential winner; or (d) the potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then the prize will be forfeited and the eligible entrant with the next-highest number of correct predictions on the Season Predictions Form (applying the tiebreaker procedure above, if necessary) will be selected as the next potential winner, and so on until all requirements are met.
PRIZE: One (1) prize is available: One (1) DawgNation prize pack consisting of assorted DawgNation merchandise (ARV: up to $500). Any gift card included in the Prize is subject to the terms, conditions, and restrictions imposed by its issuer. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Contest; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the forgoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or any Contest-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any awarded prize including any travel/activity related thereto; and (c) to the use of his/her name, voice, performance, photograph/video, image, biographical information, and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designees, without separate compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. MISCELLANEOUS: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, illegible, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, postage-due or garbled entries or mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or the incorrect uploading of any Contest-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Contest or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Contest be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken.
