Another dominant win for the Georgia Bulldogs on Saturday, and the Bulldogs move up in the AP Poll to No. 2. Georgia also came in at No. 3 in this week’s Coaches Poll.

Following Georgia’s 49-7 victory over Middle Tennessee State on Saturday, the Bulldogs took Clemson’s spot in the poll. Alabama once again came in at No. 1 after it thrashed Ole Miss and Clemson moves to  No. 3 after beating Georgia Southern.

Ohio State came in at No. 4 after a 40-28 victory over TCU and Oklahoma still sits at No. 5. The big upset of the week came when formerly No. 6 Wisconsin lost at home to BYU. The Badges tumbled all the way to No. 18.

Georgia is one of four SEC teams ranked in the top 10. LSU joined Auburn’s spot as the LSU Tigers moved up after a 22-21 victory. LSU is now No. 6 and Auburn is No. 9. Mississippi State comes in at No. 14 while Texas A&M joins the rankings at No. 22.

As for Georgia’s next opponent, the Bulldogs hit the road to take on the unbeaten Missouri Tigers. Missouri pulled out a 40-37 road win over Purdue on Saturday night. Kickoff for that game is set for noon on Saturday. The game will be played in Columbia, Mo., and will be broadcast on ESPN.
