ATHENS — The Indianapolis Colts have sent their quarterbacks coach to UGA’s pro day. He didn’t need directions.

Brian Schottenheimer is back at Georgia on Wednesday, after his ill-fated one-year tenure as Georgia’s offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach. He walked on the same practice turf field that last year he spent leading the Bulldogs offense in practices.

Schottenheimer was hired by the Colts in January after essentially being let go by UGA. He has not spoken publicly since the end of Georgia’s regular season.

Other notables in attendance on Wednesday included Buffalo Bills head coach Rex Ryan and Atlanta Falcons head coach Dan Quinn. And there were reported, but unconfirmed, sightings of New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick.
