Georgia football is the No. 1 topic every day on DawgNation Daily — the daily podcast for Georgia Bulldogs fans. Catch up on everything happening with UGA athletics with host Brandon Adams and the DawgNation experts as they break down the latest Georgia football recruiting news and discuss coach Kirby Smart’s quest to return the Bulldogs to the top of the SEC. On episode No. 1,254 (Aug. 7, 2020) of the podcast, Georgia fans can hear a discussion about what former UGA assistant Sam Pittman said about the possibility he’d have to coach against the Bulldogs this season in his new job as Arkansas head coach.

Georgia football podcast: Sam Pittman gives UGA fans a big compliment

Beginning of the show: Sam Pittman was one of Georgia’s most popular assistant coaches when he led the Bulldogs’ offensive line from 2016-19. However, Pittman departed UGA after last season to take his dream job as Arkansas head coach. It appears Pittman’s brief time with the Razorbacks hasn’t caused him to forget about UGA yet, though. Pittman was asked this week about the possibility of playing his old team when the SEC adds two additional conference games for this season. Pittman gave a nice answer, and gave a huge compliment to Bulldogs fans in the process. I’ll share what Pittman had to say on today’s show.
