Georgia’s football team begins its spring practice on Tuesday with the hopes of improving on the team’s 8-5 record from 2016. One the necessary elements in making that improvement a reality is an upgrade in offensive performance.
With that in mind, there are 10 UGA players that could play a big role in leading the Bulldogs offense to better play this season, and I will talk about them all today on DawgNation Daily — the daily podcast for Georgia Bulldogs fans.
I’ll also celebrate UGA’s women’s tennis team’s victory in its match vs. No. 1 ranked Florida — ending a long winning streak for the Gators.
DawgNation’s Chip Towers also joins the show and some of the topics we cover include…
- Chip’s opinion of what to watch for during spring practice
- Whether SEC foe South Carolina’s upset of Duke in the NCAA basketball Tournament gives UGA fans reason for hope
- Why some NFL scouts may have inadvertently revealed why the Bulldogs struggled so much in 2016
- The latest details concerning the confirmation that former UGA assistant Tracy Rocker was indeed fired
- And whether Kirby Smart owed UGA defensive tackle Trent Thompson an explanation regarding Rocker’s circumstances
