UGA basketball coach hints he’ll wear red and black body paint for Alabama game
It looks like one of the UGA football team’s biggest fans will be wearing red and black paint all over his body for Saturday’s SEC showdown with Alabama.
UGA basketball coach Mark Fox dropped the hints on Twitter on Friday.
..I spoke w/ @MarkRicht & he understands my decision. The best thing we can do is bring energy & noise for however long is necessary…

It wouldn’t be the first time that Fox joined “The Spike Squad” in the front row of UGA’s student section to cheer on the Bulldogs on game day.
To be a member of “The Spike Squad,” Fox must wear body paint, shoulder pads and some form of mask or wig.
The last time that coach Fox dressed up for a game between the hedges was in 2013 when No. 9 Georgia hosted No. 6 LSU. This would seem to be a good omen for UGA as the Bulldogs went on to defeat the Tigers 44-41 in what was another highly-anticipated showdown.
