One of Georgia’s stated goals is to “do more” in 2019. That phrase has shown up in a number of videos produced by the program and it’s appeared on t-shirts worn by the players. This week we’ve gotten a glimpse as to just how serious UGA is to staying committed to that message.

Bulldogs linebacker Jaden Hunter released an impressive workout video, and the response from UGA coaches made it clear that anything less than maxium effort won’t be tolerated this year as Georgia attempts to get back to Atlanta for the SEC Championship Game, finally take down arch nemesis Alabama and possibly return to the College Football Playoff.

That’s the subject of today’s DN90.

Many UGA fans will probably find it interesting that Hunter is the catalyst for this message. Hunter was a 4-star signee for the class of 2017, and he’s the son of former Bulldogs wide receiver, but Hunter has yet to make much of an impact at Georgia — mostly due to the Bulldogs’ depth at linebacker.

It appears Hunter is looking to change that narrative this season, and it looks like some UGA coaches are challenging other linebackers to follow his lead.
