The family of Hooks, who was killed in an ATV accident last week, is asking for Georgia football fans to honor their son by wearing red and black on Friday. In a social media message sent out Thursday, Hooks’ father, Bill Hooks, said his son’s favorite things were “Jesus Christ, family and Georgia football.”

“He was excited about our recruiting class and our chances of for the 2019 season,” Bill Hooks wrote. “He could tell you the starting lineup for both sides of the ball. … This Friday, February 1st, please wear red and black to honor Harrison and post pictures on your social media so that we can turn the world Red and Black for Harrison.”

The family asks that fans use the hashtag #hunkerdownforharrison when posting their photos.
