Chauncey Manac might have been a significant addition between the hedges in Athens.

While Georgia fans may never know what the capabilities were of the former 4-star Homerville, Ga. native on the field, another school will soon find out.

Manac said on Twitter Wednesday that he plans to transfer to Cincinnati.

Manac redshirted his first year at Georgia and then left in the preseason.

He played out the season at Garden City Community College in Kansas

“I guess he needs a change. But he’s excited,” his aunt told DawgNation when he decided to transfer. “Everything with Georgia is good. We love the people there. We love everybody. They’ve just been awesome. But when you’re not happy you have to do something. Life’s too short.”

Georgia head coach Kirby Smart only wished him “the best.” when he left.
