ATHENS — Kirby Smart and Jim Harbaugh really are cool with each other, as it turns out.
A couple months after Harbaugh took a Twitter swipe at “the Georgia coach” over satellite camps, the two will actually be teaming up for one. The Georgia and Michigan coaches will both be in attendance at a satellite camp at Cedar Grove High School on June 2, the high school announced on Thursday night.

It’s a rather stunning agreement, considering Michigan was one of the big proponents of satellite camps and Georgia was among those in the SEC who was resisting it.
But Smart, speaking last week in Dallas, might have telegraphed it when he said Georgia and Michigan coaches had been in communication.
“That whole thing got so overblown,” Smart said. “Because he and I, he and staff members from his staff had communicated. That’s a big deal to the media, big deal to you guys. But in the coaching profession we’re a bit more light-hearted about it.”
Cedar Grove has two junior offensive linemen committed to UGA – Netori Johnson and Justin Shaffer.
It should be a fun summer.
