Georgia fans react to No. 6 ranking in latest College Football Playoff poll
Win and you’re in. That has to be the motto of Georgia fans everywhere this weekend.
Yes, the Bulldogs came in at No. 6 in the newest College Football Playoff rankings behind Alabama, but if the Bulldogs are able to get revenge and beat Auburn this weekend, they are likely to leapfrog the Tide and find their way into the Playoff.
First, however, they actually need to beat the Tigers — something they very much were not able to do just a few short weeks ago. Still, Georgia fans everywhere seem pretty confident in their chances.
Here is a collection of some of the best Twitter reactions to Georgia’s spot in the latest College Football Playoff rankings:
Can’t wait for Saturday for this Georgia vs Auburn game, this tailgate is going to be crazy.

Nobody could convince me that Wisconsin is better than Alabama or Georgia https://t.co/DkshIe4ziY

If either Georgia or Miami wins, I think they jump Bama. One loss conference champ over one loss Bama without a conference all day. Now if it were a two loss big ten champ OSU, that’s a lot more sticky. https://t.co/XQvsvi2dkE

#CollegeFootballPlayoff final top four should be:
-SEC winner (Auburn vs. Georgia)
-ACC winner (Clemson vs. Miami FL)
———
OU if they win
Wisconsin if they win
———
if either of OU/Wisc lose the order SHOULD be…
OSU if they win
USC if they win
TCU if they win
