ATHENS — Georgia football receiver Tyler Simmons is dressed out for Saturday night’s game with Vanderbilt, but his status is “questionable.”
Simmons, a junior who suffered a shoulder injury in the Bulldogs’ 43-29 win at Missouri two weeks ago, is wearing a harness designed to keep his shoulder immobilized.
Simmons went through pregame warmups in the harness, catching passes along with the rest of the receivers from freshman Justin Fields.
Junior right guard Ben Cleveland remains sidelined, and freshman Cade Mays had continued to get the snaps with the first team in his place.
Sophomore defensive lineman Devonte Wyatt was spotted on crutches and did not dress out.
