It’s been a strange week of the offseason for a couple members of the Georgia offense.
A day after news broke of Jake Fromm’s broken left hand earlier in the week, a new report on Thursday says that Ben Cleveland, a redshirt sophomore offensive lineman for the Bulldogs, was recently in a truck accident.
UGASports.com’s Radi Nabulsi reports that Cleveland is okay after he was involved in a minor truck accident last week.

Cleveland is entering his third year in Athens. After redshirting during his first season, he played in every game in 2017 for Georgia. After the Bulldogs loss at Auburn, Cleveland took over the starting role at right guard for the last five games of the season, although he still split time at the position with fellow redshirt freshman Solomon Kindley.
Both players are again expected to compete all summer and fall camp for the starting job, a competition coach Kirby Smart will likely keep active all season in order for Cleveland and Kindley to continue to push each other to get better.
