Georgia remained at No. 15 in the updated AP Top 25 poll, released Tuesday, after the 31-10 win over Appalachian State to open the season Saturday.

The Bulldogs are the fourth-highest ranked SEC team behind Alabama, LSU and Auburn.

Georgia also remained No. 15 in the Amway Coaches Poll, which also was released Tuesday.

The Bulldogs play their first road game of the season in Week 2, a matchup at Notre Dame on Saturday (7:30 p.m. ET, NBC). However, Georgia will be without Week 1 starting quarterback, Jacob Eason. Coach Kirby Smart confirmed a sprained ligament in Eason’s left knee,  sustained in the season opener, will sideline him.

Jake Fromm will make his first career start at quarterback this week. He completed 10 of 15 passes for 143 yards and a touchdown upon replacing Eason against Appalachian State.
