Georgia continues to move toward filling out its 2019 schedule, adding Arkansas State to its schedule before a huge game the following week.

The Red Wolves will come to Athens, Ga on Sept. 14, 2019 according to KAIT. The one-game contract is worth $1.8 million to Arkansas State, the highest they have ever been paid to play in a game according to the report.

The Bulldogs will surely use it as a tune up for their game against Notre Dame on Sept. 21 of that season. The game against the Fighting Irish will be the home portion of a home-and-home that has the Bulldogs visiting South Bend next year.

Other out of conference opponents for Georgia include Appalachian State and Samford in 2017, Murray State and UMASS in 2018, as well as the traditional rivalry game against Georgia Tech in all three of those seasons. Even further out, the Bulldogs have a home-and-home scheduled with UCLA for 2025 and 2026 and a game against Virginia to be played in Atlanta in 2020.

ASU will have some experience playing SEC teams, as they go to Tuscaloosa to play Alabama in 2018. The Red Wolves are undefeated in conference play this season and have won six straight.

For the moment, Georgia is focused on Georgia Tech, which will kickoff on Saturday at 12:00 p.m. ET on the SEC Network.
