JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Georgia junior safety Dominick Sanders left Saturday’s game in the second half with what was termed a knee injury.

The team announced that Sanders was “out for now” as the sideline medical tent went up. Then Sanders could be seen on the sideline, the area below his right knee wrapped. He was walking on his own power.

Earlier in the game, Sanders recorded his 11th career interception, five short of the school record, shared by Jake Scott and Bacarri Rambo.

Quincy Mauger came in to replace Sanders, with Aaron Davis staying in the other safety spot.
