Kirk Herbstreit praises UGA fans, says Rose Bowl could become a Bulldogs home game
It is a long trip from Athens, Ga. to Pasadena, Calif. –2,238 miles to be exact – but that won’t stop Georgia fans from heading out West to see the Bulldogs take on Oklahoma in the College Football Playoff semifinal.
ESPN announcer Kirk Herbstreit is already expecting a lot of red and black to fill the iconic Rose Bowl.
By the way hearing from the folks at the @rosebowlgame that the @FootballUGA fans are coming full force. @OU_Football fans better considering the trip to avoid “road” game atmosphere. UGA fans will travel anywhere in masses.

Bulldogs fans have made a reputation as a fan base that travels, including taking over Notre Dame Stadium earlier this season as they saw Georgia beat the Fighting Irish.
