E.J. Price had UGA as one of his top schools before Mark Richt was dismissed.

It seems safe to say that the changes implemented by new head coach Kirby Smart have kept the program in a very good spot with the 4-star offensive tackle from Archer High in Metro Atlanta. Price tweeted out his thoughts on UGA on Monday.

“I can’t lie I (am liking) this new UGA staff a lot and I just have a feeling it might get a little better,” Price said.

Price — who’s rated as the nation’s No. 9 offensive tackle — now plans to make his commitment decision on Feb. 3. He told DawgNation he has no leader at this time, but said something else which should garner attention.

“This staff has me loving UGA more than ever no doubt,” Price said.

The 6-foot-6, 326-pounder said he’s already heard from new offensive line coach Sam Pittman.

“I’ve heard from him a lot it is a new era,” Price told DawgNation. “Coach Pittman is a true dawg.”

Price said there wasn’t one thing Pittman has said to him that has him excited about UGA, but that his resume speaks for itself.
