Thaddeus Moss announced via Twitter on Monday that he will be making an official visit to UGA this weekend for the huge contest with Alabama.
If the last name rings a bell, it should. The 6-foot-3, 240-pound tight end from North Carolina is the son of NFL legend Randy Moss.
Yes, that Randy Moss.

Thaddeus Moss is a 3-star prospect out of Charlotte who is rated as the nation’s No. 19 tight end. That position is rather crowded at UGA with the commitment of Garrett Walston and the heavy pursuit of five-star Isaac Nauta out of Florida’s IMG Academy.
Nauta is rated as the nation’s No. 1 tight end. He will also be making his official visit to UGA this week for the Alabama game. UGA is also highly interested in 4-star Jacob Mathis out of Tampa. He’s rated as the nation’s No. 9 tight end for 2016.
The 24/7 sports Crystal Ball currently projects Moss to sign with West Virginia at 67 percent. UGA follows with 33 percent.
