UGA extended a new offer Thursday, and the Bulldogs seem to have made an immediate impression.
Frank Martin, a 4-star offensive lineman who is committed to USC, told Ryan Bartow of 247Sports.com that UGA had offered him, and he will take an official visit to the school at a later date.
After the departure of USC coach Steve Sarkisian, Martin is reportedly looking around at other schools.
UGA currently has three offensive line commits: Ben Cleveland, Aaron Dowdell and Chris Barnes. The Bulldogs are expected to sign two more on the offensive line.
