SAN ANTONIO — The U.S. Army All-American Bowl kicks off at 1 p.m. ET today from the Alamodome.

There will be nine Georgia commitments in that game, including early enrollees Jake Fromm, Jeremiah Holloman and Richard LeCounte III. That trio will fly out Sunday and move to Athens when they land in Atlanta.

But there’s one more score to settle this morning before that kickoff.

The finals of the “Who’s the Smartest Dawg” Challenge must be settled.

Did you miss any of the action yesterday?

LeCounte III and Andrew Thomas are the only two U.S. Army All-Americans left standing.

The final round topic will address how much they both know Kirby Smart.

That’s why we concocted a dubious “Who’s the Smart-est Dawg” title for this All-American challenge. It was an example of unique content to share when all the assembled media have been in San Antonio since last Sunday. All those story lines have been trampled to death by now.

This bout proved to be the closest one yet. We went deep into the well for seven questions about Smart before we determined our winner.
