“You already know. We here.”
That’s what UGA freshman linebacker Nate McBride said in a video released from the football team’s Twitter account on Tuesday night.
The UGAfootball account is prolific for its hype videos. That short vignette should feel more like a hope video to DawgNation.
“We here,” 4-star DE Malik Herring said. “SICEM17. We here.”
The video opens with McBride and his mother making their way up a campus hill to his new home. Nita McBride has a red “Power G” pillow. McBride, fittingly, is carrying a laundry basket.
The multi-decorated state champion sprinter and 4-star LB will no doubt get used to that.

McBride is in there. So was Herring and big future earth mover Justin Shaffer. U.S. Army All-American receiver Trey Blount also makes a cameo. William Poole III is in that new house. Jacksonville cornerback Ameer Speed, a very aptly-named recruit, also moved in.
Linebackers coach Glenn Schumann and offensive coordinator Jim Chaney were also on hand helping the boys get checked in.
Those guys are all part of Georgia’s famed #SICEM17 recruiting class. That group finished rated No. 3 nationally in the final team recruiting rankings. Kirby Smart’s first full recruiting class definitely packed a wallop.
But — as the tweet suggests — now it is time to get to work.
The early enrollees already know what lies ahead for the rest of their recruiting class.
Everyone moving in tomorrow got me and @Obey_Classics feeling old 👴🏾👴🏾
