Georgia starting left guard Solomon Kindley had to be carted off the field because of a right knee injury against Vanderbilt on Saturday night.

The injury occurred late in the first quarter. Athletic trainers tended to Kindley on the field for a few minutes before he was taken to the locker room. Kendall Baker took Kindley’s spot at left guard.

Starting center Lamont Gaillard also left the game with an apparent hand injury on the same play. He was later seen heading to the locker room with an ice pack on his hand, according to DawgNation’s Jeff Sentell. However, Gaillard returned to play with 10:38 remaining in the second quarter.

Georgia had already been playing without starting right guard Ben Cleveland, who is out with a fractured fibula.

Without Kindley and Cleveland, Georgia’s first-team offensive line during the Vanderbilt game was as follows: Andrew Thomas at left tackle, Baker at left guard, Gaillard at center, Cade Mays at right guard and Isaiah Wilson at right tackle.
