It’s rivalry week and also a holiday week, and, well, Chip and Seth are ready for both.

But first, the guys break down Georgia’s win over Kentucky last week at Sanford Stadium. After a slow start, which some of the players attributed to it being Senior Day, the Bulldogs cruised to a 42-13 win.

That victory allowed Georgia to finish undefeated at home and undefeated against the SEC East. The Bulldogs never had finished undefeated against the SEC East since the conference split into two divisions, so that was a big accomplishment.

Turning their attention to Georgia Tech in the regular-season finale, the Bulldogs have to focus on stopping the Yellow Jackets’ triple-option offense. This game marks the only time this season that the Bulldogs will see that offense, and coach Kirby Smart said this week that Georgia has worked on the offense throughout this season.

The Yellow Jackets beat the Bulldogs last season in Smart’s first season with the Bulldogs, and Georgia Tech has knocked off Georgia in two of the past three meetings.

Chip and Seth talked about how much this game means to Smart and how Smart’s attention to detail should help Georgia in this matchup with the Georgia Tech triple-option.

The guys also talked about how this could be a no-win game for the Bulldogs. With the SEC Championship Game coming up next week, it just might be. And there could be the injury factor, as well, with Georgia having a ton to play for coming after this rivalry game.

Georgia Tech, on the other hand, is 5-5, and Chip pointed out that it has been rare that Georgia and Georgia Tech have both entered this game with lofty national aspirations.

Looking ahead, Chip asks Seth who Georgia will want to face in the SEC title game and looks for fans to think about who they want the team to face, as well. It’s not really that clear is it?
