Chip & Seth: UGA not far off track as it reaches bye week
ATHENS — There is a lot of grousing and complaining going on as Georgia reaches its (semi) annual bye week before the Florida game. But when you get down to it, is 5-2 (3-2 SEC) really markedly different than where we expected the Bulldogs to be at this point in the season? And should they somehow pull out a victory in Jacksonville next week — Georgia opened as the favorite in Las Vegas, by the way — are all the previous complaints still valid?
Chip Towers and Seth Emerson tackle those and other questions as they discuss all the dynamics surrounding this year’s Georgia-Florida in the weekly edition of the Chip & Seth Show. Be sure to check back for next week’s show as they’ll get into the matchup details for this year’s contest at the World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party, and welcome a special guest.
