Georgia avoided other free fall down the polls with its 28-27 come-from-behind victory at Missouri on Saturday night.
Instead, the Bulldogs moved up in each poll, to No. 12 (up four spots) in the AP Poll and to No. 11 (up two spots) in the Amway Coaches Poll.
Freshman Jacob Eason connected with Isaiah McKenzie for a game-winning touchdown pass with 1:20 to play in the game Saturday. While UGA led for some of the first half, Missouri led for the previous 39 minutes before Eason’s clutch pass to McKenzie on a fourth-and-10 play.
The Bulldogs travel to Ole Miss this week for a noon game Saturday against the No. 23 Rebels.
