UGA football stars show up to support special-needs fundraiser

UGA stars for a good cause

Some of UGA’s biggest football stars showed up on Saturday night to participate in the ESP “Big Hearts Pageant” at the Classic Center in Athens, Ga.

UGA quarterback Jake Fromm helped MC the event, and he was joined by two of his top offensive teammates, left tackle Andrew Thomas and wide receiver Tyler Simmons. There were numerous other Bulldogs players there, with junior-college transfer Jermaine Johnson posting pictures of the event on Twitter.

ESP or “Extra Special People” serves children and young adults with developmental disabilities and their families through year-round thrive programs, family support, and community involvement.
