WATCH: 5-star Georgia QB signee Justin Fields throws in public for first time since finger injury
The good just keep coming for Georgia.
Less than 24 hours after the Bulldogs hoisted the Rose Bowl trophy, they got another piece of positive news.
Five-star quarterback commit Justin Fields, one of Georgia’s prized recruits in the 2018 class, threw for the first time in public Tuesday in quite some time.
Fields broke the index finger on his right throwing hand two months ago.

Well, he looks quite healthy in this video. Fields made it look easy during the American Family Skills Challenge at the Under Armour All-America Game.
He’s able to step into the throw and appears to release the ball without any hestitation. If the verbal reaction of onlookers is any indication, the throws themselves looked quite good as well.
Fields signed with Georgia during the early signing period in December.
