WATCH: Georgia OL Ben Cleveland shows impressive strength by lifting 160 pounds with one arm
Some people would struggle to do this with two arms. Georgia guard Ben Cleveland only needs one.
On Wednesday, Bulldogs director of strength and conditioning Scott Sinclair shared an impressive video of Cleveland lifting 160 pounds with one arm, performing multiple reps, on Twitter.
Cleveland, who is listed at 6-foot-6, 340 pounds, is coming off his freshman season at Georgia. He made the first start of his Bulldogs career when he took the field at right guard against Kentucky on Nov. 18.
After redshirting his first year at Georgia in 2016, Cleveland appeared in all 15 games of the 2017 season. He also started the final five games of the year.
Based on the video shared by Sinclair, it appears that Cleveland is motivated to get even stronger and maintain his starting spot on the Bulldogs’ offensive line for the 2018 season.
