Whatever you think of the oft-criticized generation, there’s no denying their impact.
Even on college football drills.
Georgia coach Kirby Smart unveiled his millennial spin on an old favorite in a video from the Nike Coach of the Year Clinic. The video was passed along on Twitter by @JamesALight, an assistant football coach from a Michigan high school who has a popular feed of drills and all things football.

“We have decided that ‘Millennial Oklahoma’ is the new way to do ‘Oklahoma,’ which I can live with because it’s what we play offensively,” Smart said.
The drill is basically the old Oklahoma drill but with wide receivers vs. defensive backs in space instead of the version with running backs plowing through a cramped space.
Give a watch to hear what it’s like when Smart breaks down the game, a rare glimpse behind the scenes.
