ATHENS, Ga. — Kirby Smart isn’t one for moral victories.

“Sick way to end the game,” Smart said after Tennessee’s dramatic 34-31 victory. He didn’t mince words about what he felt cost the Bulldogs on Saturday night.

“Undisciplined players and undisciplined decisions will get you beat,” Smart said.

Freshman quarterback Jacob Eason hit freshman receiver Riley Ridley for a 47-yard touchdown pass with 10 seconds remaining in the game. Joshua Dobbs then came back to save Tennessee by hitting Jauan Jennings for a 43-yard touchdown as time expired.

The Bulldogs fell to 3-2 and will hit the road to face South Carolina next Saturday night. Tennessee improved to 5-0 and took a commanding lead in the SEC East.
