If you have some free time while self-quarantined and working from home, and if you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to train as a UGA football player, then you may want to consider giving Scott Sinclair a follow on Twitter.
Sinclair is the director of strength and conditioning for UGA’s football team.
For the last two days, the Sinclair has taken to social media to discuss workouts from home. They are surely intended for UGA’s players who are self-quarantined at home without fancy equipment. Sinclair put them on Twitter for everyone to see, including the Bulldogs fanbase.
On Wednesday, Sinclair posted a workout video from his garage. Warning: They aren’t easy for beginners. The video includes Sinclair performing one-legged squats off a bench, along with lifting a kitchen chair to build up those shoulder and back muscles.
