UGA quarterback signee Dwan Mathis will be battling for the No. 2 quarterback job behind Jake Fromm later this spring.
The 6-foot-4, 200-pounder from Belleville, Mich., is considered to be very raw with a high ceiling of potential. However, some consider Mathis to be a couple of years away from competing for playing time.
However, Mathis passed our “eye test” for athleticism after tweeting out video of his windmill dunk on Tuesday.

Mathis, who enrolled early at UGA in January, will be competing against former walk-on Stetson Bennett for the No. 2 quarterback job. You see a video interview with Mathis via DawgNation’s Mike Griffith from December by clicking here.
His new UGA teammates surely noticed.
