Let’s face it: There are probably a lot of major-college football players across the nation who are “coasting” during quarantine workouts in the offseason. After all, it’s sometimes hard to go at full speed without a coach barking in your ear.
It doesn’t appear that you can count UGA running back Zamir White in that particular group.
White, who is known for his workout ethic, may have outdone himself with a video he posted on Saturday night:
In the video, White is flipping tractor tires. At night.
What were you doing on a Saturday night?
The stakes are high for White this season: The No. 1 tailback job is his to lose, after the graduation of D’Andre Swift and Brian Herrien. White was slowed in his first two seasons at Georgia, while recovering from knee surgery. However, White had a breakout performance in the Sugar Bowl win over Baylor, building serious momentum for the 2020 season.
By evidence of his video, White wants everyone to know that he’s doing his part to get ready – by flipping tractor tires at night.
