If you’re planning to go to the UGA-Kentucky game on Saturday, the weather has taken a turn for the worse.

The once-upon “sunny forecast” has switched to rainy and cold conditions.

The forecast calls for a high of 57 degrees, with temps going down to 53 degrees at night, per Weather.com. The game is scheduled for a 6 pm kickoff. For every other day in Athens this week except for Saturday, temps will be in the mid-70s.

Back to Saturday’s forecast: Heavy rains are also expected, with a 90-percent chance of rain.

The rainy and cold weather should favor No. 10-ranked UGA (5-1), which is looking to rebound after being upset last week by unranked South Carolina.

The Bulldogs have a strong rushing attack, led by tailback D’Andre Swift, a fringe Heisman candidate. UGA also has a talented offensive line that has been nicknamed “The Great Wall.”

If you can’t make the game in person, it will be televised by ESPN.
