A pair of recruits signed letters of intent to play for Georgia basketball on Thursday ― and one of them was a new commit.

Three-star forward JoJo Toppin announced his decision to play for the Bulldogs by signing on Thursday, along with 4-star forward Amanze Ngumezi, who had committed to Georgia in September.

Toppin is a small forward from Norcross (Ga.) High School. He averaged 10 points, 7 rebounds and 2 steals per game during his junior season. He is listed at 6-foot-6 and 180 pounds.

Ngumezi, a 6-foot-9, 235-pound power forward, averaged 12.8 points and 11.6 rebounds per game last season for Johnson (Savannah, Ga.) High School.

“We are excited to add Amanze and JoJo to our team as they add legitimate SEC size and athleticism for their respective positions,” Georgia coach Mark Fox said in a press release. “Amanze provides us a big and explosive front-line player who also has great ability to shoot the ball from the perimeter. JoJo is a quick slasher who is very athletic at the rim. Together, they address the needs that will be created when this senior class departs.”
