Georgia forward Isaac Kante has decided to leave the program following his freshman season, per multiple reports.
Kante appeared in only 10 games as a freshman during the 2017-18 season, averaging just 1 point and 0.4 rebounds per game on the court. A 3-star recruit out of Putnam (Conn.) Academy, Kante was ranked the 82nd forward in the 2017 signing class. He chose the Bulldogs over Kansas State, St. Johns and DePaul, among others.
With new coach Tom Crean being hired, some moves were figured to happen, but, according to The Athletic, Kante may have left even without the hire.
