Former Georgia golfer and alumnus Kevin Kisner has a one-shot lead going into the final round of the 2017 PGA Championship at Quail Hollow in North Carolina as he looks to claim his first major victory.

Kisner, who shot 67 in the first two rounds, posted a 1-over round of 72 on Saturday, holding onto the lead over both Chris Stroud and Hideki Matsuyama.

The former Bulldog, who was a member of the 2005 NCAA championship team, has two wins on the PGA Tour, the latest being at the Dean & DeLuca Invitational in May 2017. His top finish at a major is tied for 12th at the 2015 U.S. Open at Chambers Bay in Washington.

Kisner was in a star-studded group on Saturday that included Matsuyama and 2015 PGA Championship winner Jason Day.
