ATHENS — Thanks for tuning in to the Zaxby’s Sound Off, with beat writers Seth Emerson and Chip Towers offering their thoughts on the Georgia football team. Each week your DawgNation writers offer up some thoughts on the Bulldogs – and this week we talk the win over Notre Dame and what it means going forward.
After a week in South Bend, Ind., Chip is back, not exactly tanned and not exactly rested, but very impressed by what he saw in the stands and on the field from Georgia.
And after a long weekend of watching Georgia’s win in person and then breaking it down on film, Seth also is ready to offer his impressions.
- What to make of Georgia’s dominant defense and has it answered the question of whether it will be great?
- How much should people still worry about the offense, which struggled at times, but ultimately saw Jake Fromm and company get it done?
- Oh, and what about the special teams, which quietly have improved — or at least seemed to improve?
