Gunner Stockton and his Rabun County Wildcats are certainly doing their part this fall to take a few prized Georgia state records away from legendary Clemson quarterbacks.
Stockton eclipsed the total combined touchdowns mark (passing TDs + rushing TDs) earlier this year which had been held by Georgia schoolboy legend Deshaun Watson.
His new record is just for passing touchdowns. That standard had been held by Trevor Lawrence. Stockton actually moved into a tie last week with the 39th touchdown pass of his senior year.
The 4-star UGA commit took sole ownership of that Georgia record with his first touchdown pass of the game on Friday night against Union County.
