ATHENS — Georgia baseball’s road to Omaha starts at Foley Field on Friday, but it began with a weather delay on Friday.

NOTE: Georgia baseball’s game on Friday has been postponed. An official start time has not been set as of 12:30 p.m., however a UGA official said it would be at least 3 p.m.

ATHENS — Georgia had a stated goal of earning a national seed. It accomplished that, going 42-15 in the regular season.

Wes Johnson has no illusion about how good his Georgia baseball team can play when dialed in.
