Georgia continues to search for improvement along the offensive line, and one of the most critical questions is who will emerge as the Bulldogs’ new left tackle.

Senior Isaiah Wynn has made a strong case to earn that position this spring — despite the fact that he isn’t quite as big as many of the other players manning this spot around the SEC. However, what Wynn seems to like in size, he more than makes up for with his competitive spirit.

I’ll talk about that today on DawgNation Daily — the daily podcast for Georgia Bulldogs fans.

I’ll also address how veteran UGA wide receiver Terry Godwin is helping sophomore Mecole Hardman learn that position, and I’ll look at how Georgia’s defensive line has performed so far without Trent Thompson — who isn’t practicing this spring.

DawgNation’s Chip Towers also joins the show and we discuss…

  • Kirby Smart’s admission that it’s “pretty obvious” UGA’s offense needs to improve this season
  • Smart’s challenge to the defense last week not to be “complacent”
  • Where UGA ranks among the rest of college football in terms of money spent on facilities
  • And the impact incoming freshman, Monty Rice, Deangelo Gibbs, and Richard LcCounte could have on the upcoming season
