Georgia got one last little gift to end 2016, and it came in the form of Aaron Davis.

The defensive back indicated via an Instagram post that he would be returning to Georgia for another season, joining defensive back Dominick Sanders, who announced he would return his senior season.

Davis joins running backs Nick Chubb and Sony Michel, and outside linebackers Lorenzo Carter and Davin Bellamy, among juniors who opted return to school.

Davis played at safety this year after transitioning from cornerback. He picked off 2 passes this season and racked up 54 tackles. Davis graduated in December and had the option of being a graduate transfer.

Georgia now will return four starting defensive backs in Davis, Malkom Parrish, Deandre Baker and Sanders. The only Georgia player to declare early for the NFL Draft is wide receiver Isaiah McKenzie.
