The Deep South’s Oldest rivalry added another chapter and this was one for the books!
The Georgia Bulldogs ventured into the unfriendly confines of Jordan Hare Stadium and somehow came away with a double digit win over the Tigers. This years’ tilt was the definition of a “tale of two halves” and it was highlighted by one of the more controversial plays in the rivalries recent memory. The contested goal line fumble caused by UGA’s CJ Allen will be talked about for years to come. Rarely has one play flipped the script on a game quite like this play did tonight. And for Georgia fans, thank goodness it did!
I’ll discuss this key moment and the dominant 2nd half performance that helped UGA avoid the upset on this edition of the DawgNation Postgame Show, with some help from former Dawg, Rodrigo Blankenship, as well as DawgNation’s Kaylee Mansell and Jeff Sentell
We’ll also hear from Jeff Sentell, who’ll provide sights and sounds from the field.
