Georgia commit Adam Anderson bumped to 5-star status

Recruiting service Rivals has bumped Georgia commit Adam Anderson to a 5-star ranking.
Georgia added another 5-star to its 2018 recruiting class Monday morning, but not in typical way.
Defensive end Adam Anderson, who has been committed to the Bulldogs since Oct. 19, was bumped to a 5-star rating, according Rivals.
Anderson (Rome, Ga.) is now the No. 13 player in the country, giving the Bulldogs three commits in the top 13, per Rivals. He joins 5-star QB Justin Fields and 5-star Zamir White in that regard.
Overall, Georgia has the No. 4 class in the country in the Rivals rankings. UGA is the only SEC team currently in the top eight of the Rivals team rankings.
On the field, Georgia has advanced to the College Football Playoff and will face Oklahoma in the Rose Bowl on New Year’s Day.
